2. Digital Products (Software & Licenses)

All software products, license files, and digital activations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Each license is permanently tied to your device’s TPM (Trusted Platform Module) chip and is activated offline. Once a license is issued, it is considered consumed and cannot be returned or transferred under any circumstances.

3. Physical Products

If your purchase includes hardware or physical accessories, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

– The product is unused and in its original packaging

– The product is not damaged or altered

– A valid proof of purchase is provided

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange request:

– Contact us at shop@zerodensity.io with your order number and reason for return

– Wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item back

– Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

5. Refunds

For approved physical product returns, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, if the issue is confirmed.
